As a licensed caterer, Burris offers 14 curated menus with an emphasis on ethnic cuisines, including Indian, Nigerian and Persian specialties. Dishes are customized to suit clients’ personal tastes. “I’m willing to walk on water for my clients,” says Burris. “I can have a million menus ready, but when clients come with their own vision for food and if it’s not on my menu, I customize.”
