In 2011, the company became the first in the U.S. to offer craft cocktails in private homes and corporate offices. By 2016, the team had introduced California’s first beverage-focused food truck, The Bartender Truck. When in-person gatherings paused in 2020, it became UPS’s first licensed customer to ship craft cocktail kits nationwide, enabling virtual cocktail classes with professional tools and ingredients delivered to each participant. That venture evolved into The Mixology Company, which continues to host both in-person and interactive cocktail experiences.

A recent high-profile celebration highlighted the company’s ability to solve high-pressure challenges with creativity and composure. A frantic client requested two specific cocktails from an online blog. One had no recipe, and the other required apple butter, which congeals when shaken with ice. The supply team immediately sourced ingredients locally and delivered them to the mixology team, who spent the afternoon developing new recipes for a Spiced Pear Gin Cocktail and a Ginger Apple Moscow Mule. Both cocktails became crowd favorites, accounting for more than 93 percent of the drinks ordered during the celebration.
